Any age can benefit from learning and using simple Brain Plasticity
Exercises which physically and chemically change the brain and thus, a
variety of issues including stress, anxiety, fear, insomnia, bad habits,
memory, pain, ADD emotional problems, symptoms of aging, etc. and enhance
learning abilities and other desirable skills.
Although I first
thought this was a workshop for only for therapists and healers, I now
realize that it is PERFECT FOR ANYONE. The exercises are self-directed (you
practice them on your own) and you will learn the how, where, and why this
works and how neurology is changing the face of medicine and therapy.

Brain plasticity is a term used to refer the brain's unique ability to
constantly change, grow, and remap itself. Plasticity allows the brain to
learn and heal by creating new neuropathways (neurogenesis) and eliminating
unwanted ones that keep us stuck in the same patterns. Neuroscientific
research indicates that our plastic brains can change physically,
chemically, and anatomically in response to thoughts, experiences, and
behaviors throughout life.
Brain plasticity and coaching fit
perfectly with hypnosis and other alternate means of healing by
incorporating numerous techniques which are already familiar to us. It
doesn’t depend on pharmalogical or invasive procedures, but rather the
client’s willingness to learn and practice techniques that are easy enough
for anyone to do. Coaching is fundamental to the process as we assist
clients via education, providing tools, maintaining motivation, and giving
positive reinforcement. People learn and experience life differently thus
creating a need to customize our sessions with our clients. Guiding them
through specific exercises begins the process of change.
