Scientific research and medical centers worldwide suggest that training in
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) can profoundly affect one’s
ability to reduce medical symptoms and psychological distress while living
life more fully.
This Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) introductory course follows
the same method taught at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of
Massachusetts Medical School developed by Jon-Kabat Zinn by Janice Vick, a
Certified Self-Hypnosis and Mindfulness Instructor.

participate in mindfulness practice exercises for health & healing, pain

JANICE VICK
is a Lic. Massage Therapy Instructor and has advanced
certifications in Medical Hypnosis, Oncology Hypnosis, Fibromyalgia,
Peaceful Birthing, Bariatric and Hypno-Band Hypnosis. She is a Hypnotic Life
Coach, Certified Self-Hypnosis Instructor & Certified Mindfulness /
Meditation Instructor. Janice one of a few Advanced Practitioners in
Oncology Massage in the US. 90% of her massage practice is for patients with
cancer, chronic pain and illness. She presents nutrition and weight
management programs throughout the local area hospitals, schools and
businesses and in 2012, was awarded special recognition for her public
education service by Texas A&M University and the Texas State Senate.
