Many people have debilitating issues stemming from early
child abuse, so you may have clients who report abuse to
you, or who you suspect are in an abusive situation. This
workshop introduces the dynamics of abuse and assault, and
equips the hypnotist to assist a client through the healing
process effectively.
Topics include:
- Recognizing signs of abuse and assault
- Questions to ask your client
- Key elements to include in the pre-talk
- Areas to address during the hypnosis session
- Use the client’s feelings and thoughts to promote
healing
- Beneficial suggestions to give during the session
build client self-confidence, promote empowerment, calm
anxiety and reduce anger
- Help your client develop and enhance positive
resources
Yvonne Miller
specialized in family violence, child abuse and sexual
assault during her 20+ year career as a police officer. She
is a Certified Hypnotist and Master Peace Officer, and holds
certifications in both basic and sexual assault
investigations. She trains sexual assault investigators, is
certified as a hostage negotiator, and has completed S.W.A.T
training
